RETURNS

At Drift & Dive, we strive to make garments that fit you perfectly, carefully using the measurements you provide. However, if you would like to exchange or return your order please follow these steps:
1. Contact us to initiate the return process and inform us about your intention to return the item.
2. We offer exchanges or refunds for items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unworn and still have their tags intact.
3. For your peace of mind, we recommend returning the item with a tracking service. Please note that the buyer assumes responsibility if the item is lost during transit.
4. Ensure that your return package includes the following details: information about the original order, a contact number, and, if you wish to exchange the item, a return address.
5. If you opt for a refund, we will process it through your original payment method. Kindly allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
